Lou’s article was published in the April 2023 issue of For the Defense, which is a practice journal circulated by the Defense Research Institute for DRI members. As summarized by Lou in his article: “Over the past decade, the U. S. Supreme Court and lower courts have addressed the scope of general and specific jurisdiction, with significant implications for product liability and toxic tort cases.”
